The watery energies of the last six months are slowly ebbing. We are moving from flow, passivity, & patience into the territory of active engagement. During this slow reflective time, we have become differently abled. Now comes the experimentation. Where is your renewed passion calling to engage? It may be subtle, but it’s there. What is your soul envisaging as a new way of being? How is your emerging new self operating? We cannot know this through the mind. We perceive then embody it through engaging life fully.
When the prevailing frequencies move from earth & water to fire and air, as is the process this year into next, what has been gestating deep within us, begins to emerge. It’s a natural process, much like the energies of spring’s upward thrust. Yet as human beings, with the power of choice, we can mitigate the dynamism of what is natural growth through the ways we perceive (fearing change, lack of self-worth) and/or act (resisting, lacking trust to simply move with what’s emerging).
Understanding how the elements of fire & air move helps us understand what may seem to be a huge transition. It takes just a spark to ignite a fire. In us, that spark may be just one thought, idea, impulse, or instinctual action, yet if we’re awake we can kindle that to create a warming fire that feeds our hearts with enthusiasm and the potency of new life. Igniting that fire in our self is a tentative time, just as when lighting a physical fire. Is the flame going to catch or go out? The energy of fire supports the transmutation of what may be holding us back too, so what’s old & damp in us can put it out. Catching light depends on being awake to your perspective & focus – the energy of air.
The emergent impulse of this time may be subtle yet it’s also a demand. In many ways we must stay naïve to what’s emerging yet move with it. Sounds confusing? It isn’t if you stay connected to yourself as an emerging field of energy, knowing your old ways of being cannot sustain you. As we emerge from the retrograde periods of these last six months, moving from anything but our soul’s calling is untenable. So, we must stay connected deep within, listening yet also moving. There is still a flow of watery energy underpinning our new adventures. Saturn in Pisces meeting with the Lunar Node gives subtle form to our longings, provides an anchor to what is emerging. Yet we will continue to dance between soul & new self into 2026. For the emerging change is working in multiple frequencies – individual and collective.
Black Moon Lilith, newly arrived in Scorpio for nine months, is one aspect of the evolving demand for soul expression. She pulls our perception deep, into a desire for freedom that’s visceral.
We may not know how this ‘freedom’ looks but we may feel it as a passion for truth, authenticity, for the juice of life. And/or we may experience it as an aspect of self still poisoning our system, a need to strip away psychic pollutants, to ‘die’ to who we have been.
